You will need:

  • 3 Tablespoons Brewer's Yeast
  • 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
  • 3 Cups Slow Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups of Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 1 Cup of White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup of Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs, 2 Cups of Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons of Water
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

How to make it:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the water with the Flaxseed Meal in a small bowl and allow it to sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, combine the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and the eggs in a bowl and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Add the flaxseed to the mixture until well blended and set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and brewer’s yeast with the butter mixture which takes another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Stir the oats, chocolate chips, and the peanut butter into the mixture until well blended.
  7. Using a tablespoon scoop out mixture and place onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.  Make sure to space them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-13 minutes depending on your oven. Enjoy!



Vegan Lactation Cookies

You will need:

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 4 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup debittered brewer's yeast
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ⅔ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

 

How to make it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat. Pour the 2 cups of oats into a blender, and process them into a fine flour.
  2. In a large bowl combine the ground flax seeds with the water, and stir well to mix. Add in the coconut oil, coconut sugar, debittered brewer's yeast, vanilla, baking soda, and salt, and stir again until well combined. Gradually stir in the oat flour until a dough is formed, then fold in the ½ cup of oats and dark chocolate chips.
  3. Drop the dough by heaping tablespoons onto the lined baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are lightly golden around the edges.

 


 

Peanut Butter & Banana Lactation Cookies

Easy Lactation Cookie Recip

 

Sweetie Pie Lactation Smoothie Fenugreek

You will need:

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1-2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-3/4 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons brewer’s yeast
  • 1-1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

 

How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Add the mashed banana and mix until just combined.
  3. Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the oats, flax and brewer’s yeast until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips
  4. Drop heaping balls of dough onto greased baking sheets. Bake for 12 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through, until cookies are set and starting to brown. Let cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

 

 

Pumpkin Spice Lactation Cookies

You will need:

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup swerve sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 Tbsp. Brewer’s Yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. Salt, 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree

 

How to make it:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  2. Mix the dry in ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine the butter, egg, vanilla, and pumpkin puree in a separate bowl.
  4. Slowly mix the pumpkin mixture into the dry ingredients.
  5. Scoop heaping tablespoon-sized portions of lactation cookie dough onto a cookie sheet. Leave about 1½ to 2 inches between each scoop.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Baking times may vary.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

 


 

No Bake Lactation Cookies - Chocolate Almond Butter

Flourless Lactation Cookies / Lactation Cookie Recipe Without Brewers Yeast

You will need:
  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup crushed raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 4-6 tablespoons brewer's yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter/coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (peanut butter works as well)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

 

How to make it:

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment, wax paper, or silpats.
  2. In a large bowl combine oats, almonds, flax, yeast, and cinnamon.
  3. In a sauce pan combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa.  Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove pan from heat and add almond butter and vanilla.
  5. Pour chocolate mixture into oat mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Spoon your cookies onto the baking sheets and allow to cool.
  7. Store cookies in the fridge.

 

 


 

Paleo Lactation Cookie

Healthy Version Of Lactation Cookie    

Sweetie Pie Lactation Smoothie Fenugreek

You will need:
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut oil, liquified
  • 1/4 Cup of maple syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp anise seed, ground
  • 2 Cups of almond flour
  • 1/2 Cup of flax meal
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 Cup macadamia chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 Cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 Cup of chopped dates (optional)
  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
  • 2 tsp Fenugreek ground (optional)

 

How to make it:

  1. Whisk together syrup and oil. Then add eggs and whisk in one at a time.
  2. Add anise and vanilla (as well as fenugreek if using).
  3. In separate bowl, combine flour, flax, and baking soda.
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet as you beat or mix to combine.
  5. Fold in nuts, chocolate and dates.
  6. Spoon one tablespoon of batter onto greased or lined cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes until top just starts to brown.
