It is well known fact that the first trimester can be a struggle, whether the symptoms or the cravings, or just emotional state. It all can be a pain, but we’re here to assure you that you can pull through it.
Mothers have to be prepared mentally and physically as their body goes through changes that sometimes viewed as unbearable. But that is fine this why you have to surround yourself around loved ones to encourage as well as help you along the way.
One of the best ways to be prepared is being aware of all the symptoms you experience, research has said though this will not lighten the symptoms.
Knowing will at least give you understanding and a healthy self –awareness.

- tender breasts

- cravings for certain foods
- revulsion to certain foods
