Fenugreek – is one of the best and popular herbs for increasing milk production. It has been used for centuries as a lactation remedy and as a spice. Fenugreek comes in different forms: fenugreek capsules, fenugreek tablets, lactation drinks such as pre-mama lactation and milkflow added fenugreek to their mixes.

Breastfeeding moms that supplement with fenugreek must use it with consistency for best results.
